The CANNACTION is the Loyalty Program from CANNA International, where we reward end customers for their loyalty and shops and distributors for the partnership.

Subscriptions (for customers)

To better protect your customers’ privacy, we DON’T ASK their (real) name, address, or other personal information, except their e-mail, nickname, and favorite shop. Their information will be shared only with you (his favorite shop). They will receive product and promotion information by email.

Points

In the CANNACTION Loyalty Program, your customers can accumulate points and exchange them for products, CANNA gadgets, and other merchandising items. Depending on the item, your customers may be asked to wait for 30 to 90 workdays to receive it if your favorite shop does not have it in stock. If the points were accumulated fraudulently, the CANNACTION website could decide to cancel the purchase and delete the customer/shop account permanently.

To accumulate more points, your customers might choose to invite their friends to create an account. They can also answer polls and surveys available to them through their CANNACTION Loyalty Program account. The information obtained by these polls and surveys is anonymous and will only be used to understand the preferences, opinions, and needs of the users of the CANNACTION Loyalty Program.

Favorite shop

Your customer will be required to be loyal to your shop (as his favorite) to accumulate and exchange points of your CANNACTION Loyalty Program account. They will be able to request to change their favorite shop. Their request will be evaluated by the CANNACTION team and can be approved or refused.

The customer will get a Welcome Gift for creating his account. He can select from what is available for your shop. In addition to the welcome gift, there could be CANNA promotions running with samples of products for him to try. The promotions, offers, and campaigns are created to benefit the customers connected to the program exclusively. CANNA International will provide your shop with the welcome gift items and samples, controlled by promo code (coupons).

The shop also makes points by promoting and using Cannaction. The more points the shop makes, the more it gets back from CANNA.
